1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

2. Fulfillment & Warehousing
Revitalyzr products are fulfilled through our third-party logistics partner located in Massachusetts.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day.

4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Select U.S. Territories (restrictions may apply to aerosol products)
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote locations may experience extended transit times.
5. Aerosol Product Shipping Restrictions
Revitalyzr’s Rain & Stain Protector Spray is classified as a flammable aerosol and is subject to hazardous material shipping regulations.
As a result:

Aerosol products ship ground-only

They cannot be transported via air services

Delivery times may be longer than non-aerosol items
-
Certain destinations may be restricted
If your order includes aerosol products, your entire shipment may be sent via ground service.
6. International Shipping
We offer limited international shipping.
International customers are responsible for:

Brokerage fees
Revitalyzr Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Due to hazardous material regulations, aerosol products may not be eligible for shipment to certain countries. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to regulatory restrictions, you will be notified and refunded for the affected item(s).
7. Marketplace Orders (Amazon, etc.)
If your order was placed through Amazon or another marketplace:

Shipping timelines are governed by that platform’s policies

Prime shipping follows Amazon’s fulfillment commitments

Shipping-related inquiries should be directed to the platform’s customer service
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Revitalyzr Inc. is not responsible for:

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Theft after delivery

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
If your package shows delivered but was not received:

Check with neighbors

Check surrounding areas (mailroom, porch, garage)

Contact the carrier directly
If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
